Due to rapid growth and continued success in 2006 our client are looking to expand their sales force in the South East and Europe.

You must be able to demonstrate the ability to build strong business relationships at senior level and be comfortable in leading a team of sales professionals. The company's motivational culture is vital to their success and the ideal candidate will not be fazed by aggressive targets. You will also be required to perform some international travel.  

The desire to grow within the company is a must as well as good all round knowledge in Business Intelligence, Data-warehousing, CRM and Risk & Compliance. A background in Retail, Travel & Transportation, Government, Manufacturing or Pharmaceuticals would be a distinct advantage.

Our Client is looking to expand on the success of its products through developing existing channel or system integrator relationships. This is a technical role and will involve working with engineers from large companies and consultancies.  You must be able to demonstrate experience in large database/SQL, BI tools, some programming/Unix. Analytical skills such as maths/stats, SAS, SPSS, data mining are important and you must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills You will be a specialist in data warehousing and  business intelligence. Able to assist the sales team in presentation, qualification and selling to end user clients and channel partners. You will lead CDW, POC, POV activities with clients data.

Proven experience of successful New Business sales over the telephone and the ability to exceed targets. Your background will include new business sales experience, ideally within the contract recruitment environment however, other recruitment experience will be considered as well as related industries including IT/Telco and Training Telesales or Estate Agency.
