Our Sales
Coaching method is structured to measure and
prove both Learning and Performance Improvement.
We take a detailed sales skill inventory of each
person we work with and agree areas of
development with both the individual and his/her
manager at the on-set. We then define 3-4
Development Needs and list detailed actions and
timescales by when the actions need to be
completed. Monthly Coaching meetings are held to
monitor and discuss any issues as well as
ensuring that Performance Improvement targets
are being met.
Coaching
programs are typically 3-6 months and are
coupled with regular reporting to the sponsor.
We are able to show tangible improvements that
justify the investment and ensure that returns
are maximised.
